Statutory and Regulatory Disclosures
Current rules of the Bar Council of India impose restrictions on maintaining a web page and do not permit lawyers to provide information concerning their areas of practice. We are therefore constrained from providing any further information on this web page.
According to Rule 36 of the Bar Council Rules, lawyers are prohibited from advertising their services. However, after an amendment in 2008, lawyers are allowed to display basic information such as their name, contact information, qualifications, and email address on their websites.
